Attractive booth will please people’s eyes; give people good feeling and leave people deep impression.  The exhibition design contains many factors, which are combined with different means of artistic expression.  This will produce the best visual effect and fine psychological effect 
Below is a typical process of exhibition design:
1.      Collect client information; communicate with client (try to discuss face to face); and acquire exhibiting material of client.
2.      Clear the outline of exhibition design outline; discuss the orientation of exhibition design in project team; and designer carries out the design.
3.      Client feeds back revising ideas according to the designing drawing; and the designer revise the designer drawing.
4.      Client confirms the final design; and provide quotation list of final design and relative material.
5.      Settle down the exhibition material and craft; confirm the price; sign the exhibition build contract; and arrange the downpayment.
6.      Submit drawing material to the organizer; help client to handle electricity box, management fee, and deposit of exhibition site.
7.      Arrange the factory prodcution; engineering dpt. supervises the construction progress; and updates the building status.
8.      Build the exhibition site; engineering dpt. supervises and concerts the building; client checks to accept the site; and arrange to pay the balance of payement.
9.      Have one professional exhibition worker serive at the exhibition site; and help client to withdraw from exhibition at the end.
10.    Project leader provide photos of exhibition and project summary to client for filing at the end of exhibition.
